Coverage & Fit
The 2 × 12 cm ultra-thin lace base is designed for a narrow parting area, with low-density hair and two clips. It will not cover a broad area of thinning. Check that both clips can attach to surrounding hair. Hair length is 25 cm.
A clip-in topper needs enough surrounding hair to hold it securely. Avoid fastening clips onto an area that cannot support them, and reposition or remove the topper if it pulls or feels uncomfortable. Use our Base Size Guide before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges
Our policy allows return requests within 30 days of receiving an item, subject to eligibility and exclusions. Eligible items must be unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Request approval before sending anything back and obtain the confirmed return address and instructions.
